A friend ask me to make an underground box ring in the Tequilala, so here it is also for you. Hope you guys will have fun with it !
There is also a slight texture change to make the building a little darker inside :)

Singleplayer installation :
-Open your GTA V Installation folder, navigate to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks" drag and drop the folder inside of SP in there.
-Open up OpenIV and navigate to "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and open "dlclist.xml"
-add the line "dlcpacks:/as_tequilala/"
FiveM installation :
Copy this folder into your servers resources folder and add "start as_tequilala" to your server.cfg and that's all you need to do.
V1.2 :
Fixed SP version
V1.1 :
Fixed some props being glitchy in a couch
Please do not reupload this anywhere without my prior permission. If you are going to use this in a mod showcase YouTube video please link back to the original mod.

Looks like the SP version is broken for some of you, i'm working on a fix, it'll be released soon
@Swarex Definitely 'broken'. Why are the .rpfs written as; 'ccfarmhouse.rpf' and 'ccfarmhouse_metadata.rpf' when the .ybn is 'rockclub?' Something's not matching in the SP set up as it caused a 'SYSERROR' crash upon loading.

@iammistahwolf just renamed ccfarmhouse.rpf to as_tequilala.rpf and ccfarmhouse_metadata.rpf to as_tequilala_metadata.rpf and it will work :)
