@JAM102970 ya its always gonna do that its the card readind the original file im guessing. only way to eliminate this is deleting the original game files. it does this for textures of any kind it akes a sec to render depending on hardware youll wait less if you run a beast eg i run i5 8600k @5 ghz with a gtx 1080g1 gaming on z370 32 gig ram on nvme main drive i dont wait long for textures to load. hope that helps

ya i get that too just research a bit and you can add the files somehow if you extract the game file in format so you can manually edit if you have to use audacity like you are making your own title music mod. i just started this mod shit few months back and i figured out how to do my own startup themes @ayotreyy@crazyman420 if either of you did get it working please share cause after weeks of adding textures cars and anything i can think of that will still look right in virtual reality i have put it in lol that means enb is out but visual vanilla still looks amazing ive yet to test with the new vremastered and rca but im hoping for a good result. if you use vr. Upgrading textures to 4 or 8k is the best way to improve the visuals with vr and its limited mod options. it scales and graphic mods hate that lol visual vanilla isthe best graphic mod imo anyway. that ripoff NVE just puts all the textures i spent a month switching out right the fuck back in there lol disabled everything but reflections and wet screen

Congratulations i hope the owner plays gta and by some freak miracle someone hands him a controller and your car gets driven by the best car builder alive today and hes just like fuuuuuck yeaaa. to see him do a you tube run down on the mod like he does on his cars would be so dope!!
@Jridah what a legend every gun ive installed has made my day amazing. Ok please tell me how to add the values for this gun to my existing meta file? i just put the new NVE update on and they did a meta upgrade i dont want to lose it. i also dont want to live without this mod i use it and i turn the launcher into a nuke. its beyond awesome. . @NaijaMango i highly doubt that. ill bet my third nut you forgot something or your config is sub par or you dont have weapon blob adjuster packfile adjuster and heck why not a heap adjuster set to 2000 megs my packfile is at 12000 never had issue and the info blob is set to 200 oh there is a config that comes with the new NVE update it can handle thousands of cars amd anything else you have. do all that and still crashing you did it wrong
i,ve had this installed since i first started putting mods on and its great. i tried la billboards but they took out the amc theatre and thats a dealbreaker this with remastered is so cherry that and the traffic light and streetlight mods. shit starts getting tricky when you mess with the street and traffic lights but disabling them in remastered lets my blue lights mod look amazeballs! thanks for the excellent work ill fight everyone who left a less then 5 star rating. i suck at fighting but just say the word homy. this mods worth the ass kicking!
