This scene brings Sandy Shores to life. It contains now :

*Trevor's House got a extra floor

And there is much more to explore look for yourself.
It will all come with lights so you see at night everything shining.

You need Map Builder to load all the necessary props. Load this map manualy by pressing F7 and enter the map name [sandy] Then the map teleports you now automaticly to the Boathouse to load all the props, after that you will be send to Trevors house. Use also a objectlist with the latest dlc to spawn all the objects in the world. I added one in the archive. Put also the object spawn unlocker 1.1 in your base directory and delete your invalid objectslist to ensure that you get in the game all the objects.

Changes 1.1
I added a zombie hide-out. The pizzeria has now also interior lights. Removed unwanted props and fixed some heights of objects but Map Editor has damaged some things in this map.
Changes 1.2
Removed some peds and unnecessary items. Fixed Trevors house. I used almost the total amount of props so the map have some issues with drawing weapons. If you can't draw a weapon try these places; [boathouse and that side of town & the houses near the traintrack] The only way to solve this problem is to remove more peds and objects.I'd like to hear if anyone else have these issues.

I added a boat landing stage next to the sub-marinebase. So you can sail away from Alamo Sea. Added a TV to Trevors house. Sandy's gas station contains now Import & Export Props. The map teleports you now automaticly to the boathouse when you load this map, after that you will be sent to Trevors house to begin this map. Just press F7 [don't enter map editor] and press load map and typ sandy.

The Fishing Harbour got an improvement, it has now more houses, boats with landingstages etc & the loading docks have now a better foundation. The houses along the railway side also have lights. I included the older 1.3.1 file in the archive.

Planted a little forest in the Sandy Shores environment. The trees are specially selected to be able to stand in this dry area.
Changes 1.5.2 Hotfix
The new Barge of the xmas dlc has been added to the map, i fixed some bugs; a plank has been set up again in trevor's house and some peds were moved of their locations and have been put back to their original positions.
This file contains 2 map files, one is for normal Map Editor use and the other one is for converting to ymap; i fixed the exploding trailers, this happens when you use the normal version of this map, so use this file for ymap.

The foundation for the houses & buildings around the map has been re-laid with better textures from OmegaKingMods Map Builder and looks now way better then the default foundation block [it looks now more realistic]. The boulevards are now tiled and some bugs were fixed. The ymap version got some improvements too.

In this update i've set most of the objects to dynamic, so now the objects will interact with the player in the gameworld. I Added some nice props from the After Hours DLC such as new tents, vehicles etc. And I fixed some bugs.

Trevors house has been refurbished and now there are new paintings & props from the Diamond Casino/Heist
DLC. The crane has been removed and the ymap has been improved; better drughouse & pizzeria. The Map Editor
version now also has dynamic objects. And there are a lot of other minor bug fixes.

The market stall in the fishing village has been corrected, the tree trunks along a road are now in better position and the lampposts on the boulevards have been set straight. The submarine for the ymap version has been replaced by
a Dingy because the sub doesn't work in the ymap version & there are now more vehicles in the map.

@DKarloSk : No peds are generated with the tool MEM2YMAP Converter v1.0.4, therefore use the ymap that i've placed in the archive, this map has more benches and chairs on which peds can appear. I will be working on your modified map soon ok.

@gta5testya I was hyped on testing out this newest 1.8 version but, unfortunately I have to report some flaws here! First of all, "Sandy Shores Alive" is a great map, I had the 1.7.2 "modified" version installed in mine for the longest and it works great, however...when I downloaded and installed this 1.8 version everything went haywire afterwards. I have seven ymaps and three xml's installed in my 1.0.1868.0 patch, I removed the "Sandy Shores 1.7.2 Modified" version in order to install this one but, for some reason it caused a lot of problems..... the xml's did not loaded when I launched the game (I have those three xml's in the "AutoloadMaps" folder in 'scripts').....none of them loaded up plus most of my "ymaps" didn't spawned either. Before I even began to blame this mod I did considerable extensive tests on all maps....taking them all off and putting 'em each back in, one by one, and eventually came to the conclusion that this 1.8 version is definitely the cause of the problem and seems to be causing some issues. The 1.7.2 version I reverted to, works like a charm but, this 1.8 version seems to be killing my xml maps on game launch and preventing some of my ymaps from spawning for some reason. See what it is exactly, if anything, is causing the problems on my side of the spectrum with this newest version.
@JAM102970 : Since the Sandy Shores Alive map uses 2048 props, you can't load other Map Editor maps, this was also the case with the 1.7.2 version. You should also not put more than 5 large ymaps [2048 props each] in your game because that also causes game world errors (some objects then become block-shaped). I would say if you want to use the Sandy Shores Alive 1.8 map, load it then with ymaps and then your other Map Editor maps with autoload maps. It also uses the most recent object list that is in the archive. With me it all loads well..my advice is not to load large Map Editor maps with autoload maps. I hope you get it working.

@gta5testya any way you could make a version that doesnt need mapbulider? I like to play with lots of mods and mapbulider I cant even have lspdfr.

@Ratke : You have to install the Map Builder Mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder to get these extra blocks and foundations in Map Editor or ymap, for more info read my description in the archive.
@gta5testya Hey so I converted this and had it working in my FiveM server for a while just fine, with all the custom platforms and blocks loading in just fine... then for some reason one day they stopped appearing in game... I have no idea what caused this... I have custom assets loaded in my server. Dunno why all of a sudden they decided not to appear...

Hi, can anyone tell me where I can put the "sandy.xml" file? From the folder "Sandy Shores Alive 1.9 new sub"? Because I have no idea where I should post it, I can't find a tuto and the "readme" doesn't really explain it
@OdinPagan : If you load the Sandy Shores Alive map with the ymaps edition, certain objects may temporarily disappear when you stand at a distance from them, but you don't have this if you load it with an xml Map Editor file. The performance with ymaps is a lot better but cannot place free-standing peds in the maps.
@Gayell : Just place the Sandy.xml file in the base directory, I assume you also have Map Editor installed and it knows how to load maps. For more information, check out my readme file in the archive to find out exactly how to install it.
