A plane crash above the nude colony area.
You will need to drop the file into your GTA V root directory folder.
Open the map editor, load map, then select the "simple trainer" option and type in "nude crash" without the quotation marks.

@LanGonCer9807 I honestly couldn't tell you, the prop itself is just called "body parts" so maybe not ;)
