1) - Open the file with 7zip, Winrar or any other program that allows you to unzip these types of files.
2) - Put "iak_yachtclub" folder into 'mods/update/x64/dlcpacks' director.
3) - add dlcpacks:/iak_yachtclub/ in the dlclist.xml located at 'mods/update.rpf/common/data'.
4) - Start your Singleplayer party and let's go
----------------------- Installation [MAPPING] FIVEM : -----------------------
A)- Open the file with 7zip, Winrar or any other program that allows you to unzip these types of files
B)- Put "iak_yachtclub" into your MAP FOLDER
C)- Open your server.cfg and "start iak_yachtclub"
D)- Start your server and let's go

@iakko All good now dawg I ignored the 'director' bit and installed it as a regular SP dlc mod. INCREDIBLE work! You even made it compatible with 'snow on terrain' which is super rare! Thanks!!!

@ollyolly Thanks dawg! Initially I thought we needed to create a sub folder named 'director', Then when that failed I thought I needed another mod requirement named director lol.

@gtavjamal should not fail when you create a subfolder or subdirectory. Mods can be located anywhere in gta5 folder as long as dlclist.xml syntax has correct path.

@iakkoise Beautiful mlo! Works in SP, but... a huge section of the map at the border of vespucci beach and little seol's intersection all the way over to the nearby chinese restaurant and the road in front of the main yacht club facilty has no texture. When I turn 'MP Maps' off, it appears but then many of the other mlo's I have blank out.
