Installation
1) Install Map Editor.
2) Install Object Spawn Unlocker.
3) Extract 'Franklin House.xml' to the root directory of Gta 5.
5) Open Map editor in game >> Load Map >> XML >> Type 'Franklin House'.
If you get errors or bugs, Let me know in the comments section.

It's very nice, but game freeze when I attempt to kill party neighbours! :-D
