Template means a blueprint of the vehicle where you can photoshop your own skin on it.
ELS means Emergency Lightning System, that is an script where you can customize emergency lights on the model more advanced than standard

@CDawgs199 Hello! You would need a pc that could run GTA V on medium settings. If you have one that can do this you need to install OpenIV and install the model :D
