@mdxscorpion If you get 60FPS on GTA Vthen your PC ain't THAT low-end. You can run RDR2 with that.
Seriously, imagine a game that looks like this - https://i.ytimg.com/vi/TZZMhgxgOv0/maxresdefault.jpg - at a time when the best-looking game looked like this - https://blog.kabum.com.br/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Half-Life-2.jpg -.
@BlackScout It's kinda crazy when you think about the fact that GTA V runs in a console from 2005. Theoretically, if you had a time machine, GTA V could've existed in that year, and that was the year when GTA SA got released on PC.
This game is exceptionally optimized.
@N8Gamez Hey N8, I have re-uploaded the mod (again), but this time with ALL files and most of the optional mods. Also, I have explained everything (or almost everything) about this mod and how to install it on the readme file, along with easier installation instructions. Can you change the main download link here to my Google Drive link?

I'm re-organizing the whole download, and I'll soon re-upload this mod to Google Drive. Installation is going to be much simpler, and the mod itself better explained.
With this single graphics mod the game looks better than the "expanded and enhanced" lol
@Alex106 If one's PC is a bit more on the low-end side (like mine) then yes, it could cause FPS drops. I think the real problem is that the game having no reflections on buildings isn't really a glitch, and thus should not be "fixed". It would work best as a separate mod.
@Alex106 I think you could. It has been done on SA with SkyGfx's cubemap vehicle reflections (https://www.mixmods.com.br/2020/09/skyscrapers-reflections-reflexos-nos.html), so I think it'd be easy to do this on V (a game that already has these reflections). I don't know much of how GTA modding works but I do know that V has a lot of support from Visual Studio Code for example, whereas SA didn't even have a proper CLEO programming language until 2017.
Great mod btw.
Please note though, this mod also greatly increases FPS by reducing the CPU bottleneck, but the part it impacts the most is stuttering (this mod removes it completely). That's a reason why I don't recommend people to install very realistic graphic mods to GTA SA, it's an old game that can only use 2GB of RAM and a single core. Opt for improving the game's original graphics, you'll be more satisfied with the results.
In general, textures don't seem to affect the GPU that much. I also mod GTA SA very often, and the other day I downloaded the HD version of the "RoSA Project Evolved" texture pack (there is a less HD, 512px version), given that my GPU is very VERY slow, I was surprised when I found out that there was only about a 5 fps performance impact, yet the visual impact was much greater.
In summary, HD textures normally don't cause that much lag, but they increase the time necessary to load the game's world. This mod greatly helps with any CPU bottleneck, and possibly GPU if you have something like an Intel GMA Express.
