@JRod Oh man, I had to go back to read your original complaint, and you did actually say "rollback to 2.10.9", LOL Muh bad, the current build on this site is only for 2.10.9
@JRod Just an FYI - vdotnet has been updated to 2.10.10 as of Aug 6th. You can find it here -
@dcDev Here - https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/player-location-display-v3-50
Also, I hope you installed everything right because of all the updates. You want everything in the base zip, and then each update folder. Also, this mod is not even close to being done yet....much more to come soon.
@JRod ok, thanks for that, I see what you mean now.
@JRod I can see why you are confused. I think we are all confused about "pool sizes", correct me if I am wrong.
So to your question.I would only want to lower cargens if I believed it to be too much, causing crashes.My initial thinking was that pool sizes would limit the amount of cargens spawning. It seems I have this the other way around. Pool sizes accommodate the quantity of cars you want spawning. As I am learning,with the gameconfig, there are certain values needing to be raised to allow more, but raising values for things that was never needed is inadequate and inefficient.
So what I am learning is that the gameconfig doesn't "limit", it only tries to do what you tell the game to do.
Maybe none of this makes sense to you, but ok with it, if it doesn't.
@JRod Oh wow, ok that helps me quite a bit actually. I was thinking lowering, to limit the spawning of cargens, instead you raised the values to support MORE cargens.
@JRod Wait. Did you lower the base values for cargen and cargen for scenarios?
@JRod Seen you mention this also in the scenario point mod by alexguirre. I have been fighting something similar to your situation. I too, am rolling back.
There is not a changelog for this version. Why do mods allow updates without changelogs?
@VoxR4710 In update/update/common/data there is a version.txt file, which identifies your build.
