@Ethical I get the error within a couple second of it showing the loading screens. Right after the 2 black legal and saving screens, when it jumps to the moving loading screens, thats when I get it.
I have yet to be able to experience this mod. It does not matter if my game is heavily modded, or a fresh install, every single time I install this mod it crashes and give me the ERR_FIL_PACK_3 error code. I have replaced the content xml file, and still the same issue; crashing during loading. Any ideas? I have been having this issue literally since the mod released and I figured I would just give it some time, maybe the issue will be resolved and yet, its still happening.
@Everyone For all the modding noobs out there. Download the city lights mod. It has instructions on how to install it, and It will provide you with a path to install any YMAPs in. Hell, if you dont want the extra lights, get rid of them. But once you have that, you will go to: mods, update, x64, dlcpacks, citylights. After that there is only 1 folder just keep opening them until you get to the citylights.rpf Then open that up, and put any YMAPs you want in there. thats it. When you open that rpf for the first time, all the group YMAPs will be the lights. delete them IF you DONT want them, or keep them. your choice.
