When I install PEV: DTAR (even putting compatibility) this mods just gives me 2 types of error; ERR_GEN_ZLIB2 and ERR_FIL_PACK_3

Can this mod work with Cop Holster? And another thing, Is there a tool that makes cops use certain models and certain cars for missions? I don't like seeing how they come in a black helicopter and the Vapid Torrence.
@Yorpie My only problem was the merryweather mission, where you have to use a cargobob and it wouldn't let me since it was an annihilator.
It is compatible with better chases +?

I just spawned a cargobob and spawns an annihilator, how is that possible?
