@DigitalX I think you didn’t set the correct paths in ReShade.ini for the shader and preset folders. It’s quite easy to fix.
@ChrisFries Haha, cute hashtag. I’ll look into it this weekend. Also do me a favor and link me some cars where the lights are not bright. I’m going to download them and test stuff out.
@Hvt_ModZz The puddles add-on will not overwrite the Darker Nights stuff. It’s safe to install.
@sinsoft76 It has some cool shaders and I like the GrassFix add-on it comes with. You won’t lose anything major by not installing it.
@szhitt You don't have to replace the ytd files, you can just delete them and it will inherit from your normal game. The DLC Pack increases tail light emissive intensity on various vanilla vehicles. The thing is, you shouldn't be replacing cars in the first place unless they're Police vehicles. It's a bad habit and results in FPS loss when those cars spawn in traffic. I plan to get a small update out later today that will remove all Police / Emergency vehicle texture edits since that's what most people are complaining about.
@Timirage Nothing I can do about it.
@ChrisFries When you say the Brighter Emergency Lights FiveM add-on doesn't show all the lights, do you mean on vanilla cars or modded cars? I built my entire mod around vanilla assets. As for making an optional with blue lights, it seems like a good amount of work and you're the only person requesting it. If more people request it then I can make this.
What sucks about FiveM is they make it twice as complicated to test out files and edit / replace them. I have to encrypt each package after every single edit and it's honestly frustrating. I know for a fact that a lot of my carcols edits do not work in FiveM. I noticed this with tail lights. Maybe this effects sirens as well, but I haven't paid attention to that part.
@MK D gamer Everything looks fine in your screenshot.
@KiNGoFV Cool, glad it worked for you. Nice pictures although I want to point out that clouds are wrong in the Overcast and Rainy pics. You must've switched to Cloudy weather before switching to those or something.
@Hvt_ModZz Not sure. I don't think your problem is related to this mod. Unless you're talking about motion blur in the Rockstar Editor, which would be caused by the "Enhanced Motion Blur" add-on.
@Atasnama56 It's only in the English readme for now. Link: https://goo.gl/35vBnC
@T0xicS0ul I personally haven't noticed a difference in frames with ENB toggled on or off. ENB does improve some vehicle anti-aliasing if you have MSAA enabled in-game, so maybe some people will experience a slight fps drop depending on their build.
@ReDDude I recommend NVIDIA PCSS shadows or Softest shadows. Sharp is no good.
@FoxTrot999 It's from NVR_Emissive and all you have to do is delete the police texture from the dlc archive. Next time check the FAQ section.
@Dirk69 No problem, I'm glad you like it.
@Ravenheart I added that version to my readme. Look at Step 4 of the install guide in the newest update.
@MK D gamer In the picture you posted it's not dark at all. Did you change your monitor settings recently by any chance? I suggest you look at the picture you linked me on your mobile phone and compare it with how it looks on your computer monitor. The new texture folder in dlcpacks is called "NVR_textures" btw.
@Soongae Thank you Soongae. Hope to see some nice screenshots from you on GTAForums :)
@Ravenheart I think it's a side-effect from adding the wet roads effect to my Sunny weather. I'm noticing a Sunny / Smoggy weather transition in your picture, so probably why it's doing that. If you use Clear weather then the peds car lights should be okay. I'll look into this though, there's probably a way to fix it in one of the AI files.
@Ravenheart Trust me, you don't want to do that. It was a headache. I did it by editing carcols.ymt and decreasing the light corona size but increasing their intensity with a really high value. The only thing is they don't look *as* bright during the daytime like they do with my Brighter Emergency Lights add-on, but they look great at night.
@szhitt A lot of the guns I use were made by this guy: https://www.gta5-mods.com/users/ViktorMor
Check out all of his weapon mods.
@stoopkid No problem, thanks for the kind words.
