Interesting take on the Euphoria engine, GTA 5 tried to take a more "realistic approach" but it just looked pretty shitty and reactionless. This is full of variation and look eerily life-like. Good work here ChrisPy!
@MylesGotVisualzz yeah where it says "ent_brk_blood" or "ent_sht_blood" or "blood_throat", etc; replace it with a "-" instead and it should remove the mist
@MylesGotVisualzz there is a section in bloodfx.dat that is labeled particle effects and "FX_SYSTEM" you will find names like "blood_exit" or "blood_throat" you can interchange with other effects like "ent_brk_blood", etc.
@NetSSH the core files should be in update/update.rpf/x64/patch/data/effects
@Kyote Working on it slowly, school is a pain in the ass but I'm definitely still getting it worked on; hopefully progress will speed up once I get the new GPU in.
@Metalomaniac16 I'd have to find out what causes main characters (players) being affected by wounds, cause I want to make it so that wounds appear less on 'em (and also have damage effects for peds).
@SpinningBlade001 bloodfx controls where a wound can appear, it works in tandem with peddamage; you'd have to look at it extensively but once you understand how the numbers n stuff works you should get it to work, but i'll definitely take a look at adding face wounds from fistfights into arms legs, etc.
@wantyourntuslicked essentially made blood spilling a beta/side feature instead of a main one as to give folks the option to choose, haven't found any solutions so I've had to keep it as a side beta option.
@VuxVertz it's usually a red fog with the regular version, the blood spill version has the spewing.
@JOHNNY21823 replace the files with the vanilla files or backups
