The North Yankton Fine Jewelry Heist allows you to rob from a completely new Jewelry store located in North Yankton. Rob the store of its Jewelry, Cash, Gold and any other valuables it may posses.

Keypad hacking controls: PC: WASD to move, Left click to select, TAB to check if you have the right combo.
Xbox: Dpad to move, A to select, Y to check if you have the right combo.
Installation:
Open the rar file.
Drag and drop the contents into your scripts folder.

Installation instructions are also inside the download.
How to use the mod: Once in North Yankton, go to the laptop located on your map and purchase the hacking device (you can also purchase BZ Gas). Then travel to the Jewelry store to start the heist.

VERS 1.1: Fixed player being locked out of the jewelry store during the BZ gas approach.
Forgot to add an .ini file in the previous version. I added one now.

Requirements:
Tuners Version of GTA5 or above.

Bobcat Security Heist (For teleporting) link
Better to have legitimate copy of the game
(I don't know if it would work on a cracked version)

@M8T Very well made mod and always nice to see more activities in N. Yankton. A bug that I've noticed is that even if you get killed by the cops during the escape, you still get the heist's jewlery and money when you respawn at the hospital (probably the same is happening if you get arrested, but I haven't tested it). It would be nice if you could fix it. Thanks!

@JustDancePC Are you refering to my comment? If so, sorry, I mean that if you get killed or arrested during the heist you should lose the heist's money amd jewlery.

@gorgonut No, I'm talking about the heist itself, it doesn't make sense. Like why is there a jewelry store in the middle of nowhere to begin with? xdd

@JustDancePC Lol! Right but since N. Yankton was made just for the prologue, it hasn't got much of anything. So as I've wrote, I think it is nice to have some activities there. If it is technically possible, in the future we could have more mods like this which would make it look like an active small town.
