Replace the .ytd for the ped body files.
Replace the yft and ytd in the pedprops
Prop files (s_m_y_uscg_01_p) go to :
Grand Theft Auto V\(mods)\x64e.rpf\models\cdimages\pedprops.rpf\

where did you get the boat?
@charles10241 The boat model is included in coastal callouts, the WIP mod for LSPDFR by PNWParksFan. The skin for it was made by myself.
