- Using OpenIV, put all files into GTAV>mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>addonpeds>dlc.rpf>peds.rpf
- Run AddonPeds (Run as admin)
- Click "New Ped" input the name "Popeye"
- Set Ped Type to "male" and Is streamed "False".
- press REBUILD.
- Done!

This project I'm working on is likely to get alot of attention due to the people that in tied to....in the case that it gets big/ goes viral I would like to work out a paying situation down the line because you have a skill that's worth money to me and my team....
