Just as the title says, there is absolutely no traffic in this mod. There are still vehicles scattered throughout the world though.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
First off, you must download OpenIV 2.6. You can get that here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv
1. Use OpenIV to open up GTA5 after installing it.
2. Make sure you're in edit mode (Click the Edit button on the address bar)
3. In the left pane, navigate to update.rpf > data > ai
4. Place the vehiclehandlinginfo.xml file from the download into that directory.
5. Earlier I mentioned rebuilding, but that's not necessary. All you need to do is after you place this into OpenIV, load up GTA5 either from OpenIV or from Steam or whatever. Just make sure you play offline.
It's kind of pointless, but I feel like this could probably help with those who want to make good videos, but don't need the traffic messing up the shot or something. Not sure, but here it is.

Hey guys: As I have 0 interest in continuing this mod and can't provide support for issues for it, I'll be leaving it up but won't be able to answer questions as to what to do about the crashing, because i have no idea. This was something that I accidentally discovered while messing around. Sorry about this issues.

I tried EVERYTHING to get this mod; I set it as an .RAR, as an .meta, AND as an .xml, and NOTHING worked. How do I install this mod to make it work the RIGHT way? I even went to gtainside.com for the mod, as well as gta5mods.com. And yet NEITHER website worked. Maybe it's because the mod has somehow been downloaded as a Microsoft Word document. I don't know. If I can't find a way, I might just give up.

Does this remove peds as well? If I let traffic and peds roam my game crashes 8 minutes into gameplay.
