@SilverRST The Problem is on your end. I´ve tested it and it works just fine. Download the newest version of Winrar and try it again.

@Whats a Username? One way to improve performance is to add lods.
It will improve performance and visuals, as the trees will show up in reflections.

@Whats a Username? Is the LOD support just a draw distance setting? Or are there actual LODs, where a low quality version of the model takes its place when far away.
As far as I know, GTA V's tree lods are clusters of low poly trees. So custom models may be required.
@nkjellman Yes those are different distances, but this tool has no power over lods for objects, it setts locations for added props on map just like gims did in 3dsmax for gta4 and thats it. Now it makes me wonder if original sets of same trees do have lods at all, because unlike in gta4 i don't see them swap in distance. I would think devs would have to do it for this, but i just didn't focus on noticing this yet. It would be actually awesome if there would be simply prop lod models to put them over hqs
@Whats a Username? Is it 1763 objects? I'm curious because for some reason i had partial map disappearing with this while Forests of Chiliad 3k objects 10k distance didn't do it. Maybe vram was busy after whatever i was doing who knows.

@tall70 I don´t know what you mean.lol How many objects all three Files contain? I don´t know, a couple of thousends maybe.:D It loads just fine for me all the trees. I have a tool installed called Cache Boost Server Edition, it´s the best tool i´ve ever had. You can change the Game settings to ultra and the game works just smooth with this tool.:)
@BothI think it works good enough if you install the 5000 LOD Files instead of the 500. We don´t need LOD Images of the Trees. I can see the forest almost from the other side of the map!jk
@Whats a Username? For performance reasons, I disagree. To have all those trees loading at 100% quality while you are in LS is a waste of resources.
The second reason why real lods are a great idea is the trees will show up in the water reflection. (The lods will that is).
Another reason is, imagine you do have proper lods. Guess what, you now have more resources to go more crazy with the trees and create an even denser forest.
@nkjellman Sure, but that´s not the case. If you install the 500 Lod Distance Option, the trees will load in front of you.
Well if someone could make "real" loads possible, it would be an improvement, yes. But if not, it´s ok for me. Man, i am happy to be able to load this kinds of objects without the Map Editor as a part of the game. I´m happy with that!:)
@Whats a Username? ohh my bad it's 3 files ... I was curious how many prop trees, it seems like it's 1700, 700, 800 objects, so it's probably around same 3k. Well gtx1080 in 4k will not be probably big enough after adding props and stuff, thats probably that.
Wow. This makes me wonder where mods will be in this game in 4-5 years. I've been tinkering around with mods on this for a couple years and this game has so much more potential than what it is. Especially as graphic cards get faster and the game can handle better graphics and more props.
@Whats a Username? Could you use this mod along side 'Forests of San Andreas' mod? Im guessing not as its in the same area. Which covers more area?
@Baronpsycho I don´t know. Just try it. There are more then enough trees with this mod, that´s all i can say.:) It´s a really dense forest, with different types of trees. I did it with much love to the details, so that you have the feeling to be in a real forest.
