Put the "Motell" in your Server resources folder.
paste this in your start.cfg: 'start Motell'.
Done!
--SINGLEPLAYER--
Start up OPENIV, head to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ and paste the "Motell" in there.
After that, go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/ and open your DLC list and paste this under the last one:
"dlcpacks:/Motell/"
Done!
Enjoy :)

How 12kb can be map model?... its another map editor objects....
