You will need:
- Menyoo to spawn the map
- Custom Props Addon for additional props (https://de.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop)
- Spawn MP vehicles in SP (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/mp-vehicles-in-sp)
Just drag the file into your menyoostuff folder>spooner. Open Menyoo ingame and select object spooner>manage saved files>palmvalley>load entities
