MLO Rooftop Eclipse Tower
Here is my new rooftop. The apartment is located on the 27th floor of the Eclipse Tower.
It has an incredible view of Los Santos. Everything is custom made.
The interior in mlo offers you a brilliant light, day or night.
This is a fully detail MLO. currently, it is my most successful project.
he interior of the apartment is a reproduction of the diner mission from Beyond Two Souls!

1. Place the "ROOFTOP_PNJ.xml"file your:
Grand Theft Auto V / menyooStuff / Spooner
2. Place the file "rooftop" and "garage" in
Grand Theft Auto V / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
3. go to. --> mods / update / update.rpf / common/data open dlclist.xml and add the line dlcpacks:
dlcpacks:/rooftop/
dlcpacks:/garage/
4. Install Rooftop Apartment script.
5. in game, open menyoo > object spooner > manage saved files > "ROOFTOP_PNJ" .XML > load placements

- Added the map to a new location! The new location is reversed compared to the other! Which allows to observe the map from a whole new angle! This allows the sun to illuminate the map differently!
- A second garage has been added for the new location!
- Update of the ROOFTOP_PNJ file (teleportation - pnj - vehicle)

- Deletion of objects that were accidentally placed in the wrong place on the map

- reflection problems in the apartment. a player cannot watch two mirror "gates" at the same time. that's why I removed the "mirror_sol" in the bedroom. this deletion hurts my heart, (I love reflections) but there is no other solution.
- the sofa is to settle!
- I lowered the level of the bathtub
- I modified the "eclips tower" in order to solve the water problem.
- For televisions, they are now in YMAP, I also included a speaker model in the living room.
Do not hesitate to give me your opinion in comment or idea for improvement! this is my first MLO? it was created in 2020! More elaborate projects (MLO) are now available for Fivem server creators (tibex) Fivem (tibex)

@Gidoxy The 'secret' to my water success was surprisingly easy, and already resides in your rooftop metadata. :) One day I realized I could 'bind' a collision file to a ymap, like (in _manifest.ymf):

Then disabling/enabling the water ybn became as trivial as doing a REMOVE_IPL/REQUEST_IPL on the (dummy) eclipse_pool.ymap file. That's essentially all the script does: it checks to see whether you're within pool radius, and above the pool floor, in which case it will enable the water ybns, or disable them when these 2 conditions are not met.
To any one even renmotely familiar with FiveM coding, setting this up should be an exceedingly trivial task (back when, when I told Sjaak327, for instance, how I had accomplished this, he immediately understood it).

@Giidoxy i just downloaded the mod today and did all of the steps that you wrote in the description and I also downloaded the other rooftop apartment script but for some reason the garage works perfectly fine but the actual rooftop is invisible with a bunch of props. I deleted it and retried but I’m having the same problem. Is there anything you would recommend?
When I load this mod, it teleports me to the door of another building. After I enter, I fall from a height to the roof. There are some incomplete trees and buildings upstairs. Is this the location of the previous house? Why didn't you delete this old location? There are two icons on the map. One is the previous house and the other is the current one. The mod works normally, but there are the ruins of the old house on the roof. It's uncomfortable to look at.
@Stewdawg Hi Stewdawg and thanks for your comment! You are not the only one to report your problem to me! But after several checks on my part, I do not have this bug on my side! I used a clean version of the game and updated, and everything works! I advise you to do the same! I suggest you delete the mods folder and reinstall everything! If the problem persists do not hesitate to tell me!

@Stewdawg +1 dude and i have Epic and steam versions with fresh files (latest update) i tested on both and still invisible .. okay may @Gidoxy 's files are okay but at least tell us what we can do about this problem dude .. the old rooftop versions was so good
@meimeiriver @Gidoxy hey I finally found out what is causing the map not to appear. These mods are for ''Alex''
(Map Updates) and (map fixes) i deleted them and restored the original files and that's it .. rooftop fully appear and many of MLO aswell ..

only if u installed this https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/map-fixes (remove it) and dont install it again for any reason .. and try to play with MP maps "on" and "off" .. as well if u using any custom maps around the area remove it first and try again .. for me i completely removed it because i found on the old location all trees and props still existing .. my advice is to install an old version location instead of this one . good luck

One building is fully working, while other one almost everything is invisible and I just keep falling down. No idea whats causing it.

The fivem package is not free on your tebex.
