1.Open OpenIV
2. go to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
3. just put the files
4. Enjoy

it doesn't actually effect fps , tried on gtx 550 ti and no fps drops or crashes while getting the gun !
