This mod changes the Scope Reticles to realistic ones. One russian style, replace the Standard Scope and one american style replace the Advance Scope. the russian one would be good with this mod becuase it has include the fitting scope: https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/ins2-dragunov-svd and this zip include a another option for the case you want to use this reticles and you have this Javelin with the correct CLU Visor installed https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/fgm-148-javelin.

How to Install:
Download the program OpenIV, open it and locate your GTA V folder > mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > data > cdimages > scaleform generic.rpf > click edit on the top> put the hud reticle.gfx here
Remember to back up the files.

Why would you need permission simply to make the two mods compatible? You aren't taking anything away from this other modder. You aren't taking credit for his work or otherwise stealing from him.
@Hellaints it seems to be, that he just have deleted a file. when i knew which one then i could simply delete it in my one
