@ribyby I can try and add the modifications and liveries from the jester rr, the liveries im not sure will work perfectly because of the way the car is modeled compared to the original.
@060Chiraq compact rifle is coming in the next update, im not sure if im gonna add the carbine rifle as im going for a semi realistic pack and it would make more sense to hold a carbine with two hands than one. Next update is coming soon I just haven't had the time recently.
OIV package is in the works to make the installation process simpler.

U guys can't just be dragging and dropping the files, u need to rename the texture according to the model, otherwise no textures will show up
