bruno can you teach me how to change top speed i have a bmw m3 add on mod and the m3 top speed was 200 km or 130 miles per hour can you teach me to change it ? thanks in advance *sorry for bad english*

i cant install any modification to the car,the only modification i can do was change the light and windows and the wheels can you help please ?
