@FrailTactics8894 did those cars from your edit get at least increased acceleration? because the reduced drag coefficient mainly increases the acceleration in higher gears (with a vanilla drag coefficient, higher gears work as an overdrive gear only, they don't have enough torque to make the speed go up), but if the gear ratio value is vanilla, the top speed will still be low for high performance cars. to have a decent top speed (like 150+ mph) you will need to increase also the "DriveMaxFlatVel value", which refers to the gear ratio/how long each gear gets.
so, to have the full "unlock" from the top speed limit that gta v handling has, you need to change these two values (drag coefficient and DriveMaxFlatVel value) (but I only recommend increasing DriveMaxFlatVel for sport/high performance cars, for normal everyday cars, the original DriveMaxFlatVel value combined with a reduced drag coefficient is already enough, unless you want every car going 300 km/h lol)
@Hydraxonn thanks for remembering it, I totally forgot about the old description
Version 5 update: included the vehicles from the old Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 DLC that were missing
And since the admins from this site arent approving the new file, heres a link for those who want the new update: https://uploadnow.io/f/kxj5wxX

@furius34 thanks for noticing, the update is already up

@FrailTactics8894 do you have any other mod installed?
@Brozay_sayz if you try the previous versions of the mod, it still doesnt work?
@Brozay_sayz another question: was this fresh game not updated also? because the new handling lines can be causing the problem
@Brozay_sayz did you have the basic openiv asiloaders intalled when trying in the fresh game?
@Brozay_sayz ok, so theres no motive for the downrating, remove it, mod conflicting is not my fault
