1) to the scripts folder, because everyone is used to doing this usually
or....
2) NO, DEFINITELY YOU MUST PUT DLL TO THE ROOTS GAME DIRECTORY, THIS IS NOT AN MISTAKE, I MEAN EXACTLY THAT
