@DimlowMedia Just sent the zip over
First time trying it but I got this and the regular RS working together; https://i.imgur.com/kY1m7e6.jpg
Do you mind if I share the files to make it an addon here?
Does the ini file ever need to be updated with the trainer updates? I compared the fresh 2.9 ini with the one from 2.8 and can't find any differences other than the preferences I set, saved stuff, and added cars. Am I missing out on anything by leaving my already configured ini alone and only updating the trainer (asi file)?
All cars working perfectly with the add-on version, thanks!
For anyone wondering, the Agera uses the Turismo's handling (x64w.rpf/mpbusiness) and the GT4 uses the Comet's (update.rpf)
I don't get it, I usually have zero problems installing mods but I just can't get this one to work. Latest GTA V patch, using OpenIV and its mod folder. I uninstalled 1.0 entirely and installed 1.1, the car spawns and works, but I'm still not getting any tuning options other than enabling turbo and headlights (with TrainerV 2.8).
Only other car mods I'm using are the real wheels pack v2, Skint's add-on pack, YCA's add-on pack, AlexHIT's add-on Supra, and my own modified handling.meta files.
AI is a little derpy and slow but it works. The option to just spawn the ped in the car in the ini file was definitely a smart move.
Works well with the vanilla cars and handling but the AI doesn't seem to take advantage of any of the cars that I've raised the top speed for, everything seems to just top out at ~110-120 MPH (getting my speeds from LeFix's Speedometer and Simple Trainer's MPH speedometer)
Overall it does what it says and does it well.
@Eddlm Wow I feel stupid right now, deleted ScriptHookVDotNet.dll and it works. Thanks haha will rate after a few races.
Awesome! Only problem I personally have with it is that the rear sits higher than the front, crazy wheel gap even when lowered all the way.
@AIMED55 Explain how that was "harsh." I called them out for taking credit for someone else's work. WinnerSD-47 on nfscars.net is the original author who ripped the model from Forza and converted it for NFS Shift 2. Give credit where credit is due.
@vithepunisher Just like GTA IV, decent camber is only possible by making the models themselves tilted/have camber. Someone will have to go through all the wheel models and put them on an angle if you want to change the wheels and keep the camber.
