@Chaelol you installed the SP version and not the FiveM-Client version. The FiveM-Client does not put anything in your GTA 5 game folder but only in your FiveM Application Data folder (see README.txt in *-FiveM-Client.zip).
@sheriffmahem9 if you see the low poly models then you still have the lod, slod2 and/or slod4 ymaps of that area. Please remove them as well. And note that by "area" I don't mean something like e_4 but everything of e (because all e_* are part of the same LOD parenting chain). @sheriffmahem9 thank you very much. Because Molo Moddings Asylum would require removing a lot of trees in that area I will not do that. However, you can delete whole areas. You can do this by checking the prefix of that area (see "overview (South).jpg") and then remove every ymap and ybn file with that prefix. So e.g. for prefix e_* delete all files forests_s_e_*.ymap, forests_s_e_*.ybn, hi@forests_s_e_*.ybn
