@skeeze415 Sure, its 404 because that would be the website and it doesnt exist anymore. After you downloaded the files, there should be popping up a new folder with all of the .rar files and one Grand Theft Auto V folder.
Drag and drop the Grand Theft Auto V folder into your real GTA 5 Path.
DONT FORGET: !!!!!!!!BACKUP!!!!!!!!
And yes, you can open the menu with F5!

@jussi201 The tutorial is not working. I know that, but if your time circuits are not working, you didn´t installed it correctly. Retry.

@elmer98 If you want to uninstall it, just delete the mods folder!

You lost all your mods before, because every .rpf file " for example: x64v.rpf" was overwritten!

@nkjellman Yes, If you press F5, there is an option, where you can change that vehicle in a time machine!

@Burgerplayer2 That means that you have to take a BackUp! So if it doesn´t work, you dont have to reinstall your game. Just Backup, I think it was 3 folders, then you can install the mod! I hope i helped you out. :)

This would be the 23 June 2019, 22:23 pm <Ingame it will be automatically set to am or pm!
---->So you have to use numbers from 0-24 and
1-12 is am!
13-24 is pm
