@BartusRacer in the rar file, there is a readme.txt that will tell you exactly what files this mod touches. If you go to your mods folder and find those files and simply delete them, the game will go back to using the vanilla files!
@HKH191 hey man, i bought the game three times in my life so far. with the effort required to mod I pirate the game to lock it in a playable state. Not all of us pirates are bad :(
@kaduloko There is a new version up now. I had mistakenly uploaded the oiv as a .rar instead of a .zip

Mod will not spawn patrolling police cars if you have v1.60 (latest as of 05/OCT/2021) Of https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/advanced-persistence-vehicle-management with streamer mod off.
YOU MUST TURN >>> ON <<< Streamer mod in that mods config file. Only about 14 hours of bug chasing for that one.
