I keep getting the Invalid Model message when i try and spawn them. What do I do?

When I installed the mod the model for the car did not change, I also tried installing another car mod to see if that one would work but it didn't either. Does anyone know how to fix this?
When I installed the mod the model for the car was still the original one in the game not this one, can someone tell me how to fix this? I followed the instructions and reinstalled it again but it still isn't working.
