beautiful house, i've become a bit a fan of small houses like this one. the interior could be a bit brighter during the day for my taste but overall a great job.

@gtavjamal Just replacing the textures is not enough. It's best to take a look at blender + sollumz it's 100% free to download.
the textures are from the Devon Weston mansion in the mountains, but I'm not working on my old projects anymore, so you have to see for yourself if you can do it :P https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Devin_Weston%27s_Mansion

@MrBene I have tested the loft and it works as usual. You probably have other mods installed that conflict with this one.

@gtavjamal This is already a very old mod house and in a bad technical condition. Working mirrors would not be worth the effort, unfortunately. Sorry

@Dr_Spamzzz This house has no NavMesh, so NPCs are stupid
