Another simple script based on a request from Manworb.
The first picture lists all the default cars that will use KERS.

Per request by Skelepap, added a filter for manually adding or removing car models that use KERS.
Edit KERSconfig.xml to modify the filter, takes vehicle model names.

- Ported the Vindicator & Lectro KERS ability to all cars.
- All vehicles listed in KERSconfig.xml benefit from it.
- When braking, the KERS will charge. You can then press the Horn briefly to release it and benefit from a speed boost. The higher the charge, the longer the boost.
- Bikes and Addon vehicles are supported.

@Eddlm Nice mod, as always. A question tho, will it work on police vehicles? Since you cant upgrade them with EMS.
@duchuy613 You would have to use a trainer to give the police vehicle EMS 4.
If you convert it to gta Lua, it will be guaranteed to work with fivereborn.
@Eddlm Can you add an ini option so it works in the Vindicator and Lectro only? When enabled, it would only work on those two, not the others, and it would work no matter what engine upgrade is installed.
It would be nice, considering that the boost doesn't work in SP at all.
Also, is there any chance that you could make the air pump sound work on cars with hydrologics? Strangely it works Online, and even in Director Mode, but not Single Player for some reason.

Can you create a script that will create a 'detonate' contact to trigger the sticky bomb(Like making it press the 'g' button or something) to have some cool role play? That would be awesome!
Bro can you add visual effects. Ii works 120% but i need visual feedback a-la color change as it gives more effect when KERS is activated

@Eddlm is this discontinued? the mods is cool but the notifications should be replaced with a KERS bar or something. Also adding sounds effects would be sweet
