This mod makes your plates change to random every moment.
Installation:
Install these if you don't have them.
Script Hook V

Then, drop this ASI & INI file in your GTA V directory.
You can change the style of the plates in the INI file.

Can we choose what vehicle can be affected ? it will be a cool feature for all the cyberpunk car mod. this way we can transform the license plate to the glitched screen
