@fet0r I figured my issue out. Make sure you have the most up-to-date LemonUI. That was my issue. It works for me now. If that doesn't work, check ScriptHookVDotNet 3.

@fet0r I figured what was causing it - I put the things inside the folder in my scripts folder as opposed to dragging the folder in, if that makes sense. Love the mod btw.

Thanks for the mod friend, it's my favorite mod. Can you do it like Vice City? In VC you have to go to each business to collect the money entered, or the money goes directly to a bank and does not enter the character. Thank you one more time

Thanks again for the update @fet0r .. i think the user above also as a really good idea ( @danieldroid ) of course the idea of going to most businesses to pick up the cash daily like in vice city would be silly for most businesses, but for certain things it would make sense (for example if you purchased a burger joint or even something like a strip club) Maybe we could have an option when it comes to creating businesses ""Requires Pickup? [ ] "" followed by ""set pickup location"" so the player could set a cash pick up point like a cash register or a safe. I kind of like the idea of swinging by my strip club once in a while to pick up cash from the safe.

the mod doesnt load for about 90% of the time i go onto gta, i do have quite a bit of mods especially car mods, do you think that could be the reason?

IfruitAddon dll file is outdated and causes the mod to not work with other more recent mods

@fet0r I just installed this mod and bought a property (the Diamond Casino) to test it. While everything seems to work (menu, phone contact, hotkeys, markers, buying/selling properties) I don't receive daily income.

I tried passing the time 3 ways: with a trainer, with a sleeping mod and with the regular sleep feature of the game. Many days passed and I didn't receive money from the property at all.

Doe this rely on real life clock, the time must be real time passed while playing, or what could be the issue?

I have no errors on my log and it says the plugin loaded fine, btw.

@fet0r Upon further research, I found out the time skip bug isn't fixed. If the clock doesn't hit 18:00 exactly (because I'm sleeping, time skips forward or I use a trainer), I won't get the daily payment.

Also, I can confirm I get a relatively high FPS hit with the mod enabled and the default number of properties. Is there any way to make this more performance-friendly?

@fet0r It also seems you'll only get money with the character you're playing when the clock hits 18:00. If you switch quickly to other character, you'll also get his money, but it's kinda annoying having to do that while also avoiding time skips.

I'm using latest version (1.3). I hope this mod get updated because the idea is great.

Script crashes every time it's 6pm

The script crahes at 6pm too just like @Bot619z19 every day when its time to get payed the script crashes, its a good script tho i will change the rating as soon as the script gets fixed.

whenever i call the Global Invest i dont get the menu to buy properties, i have all the requirements. help? @fet0r

Not really working, I got all requirements but the mod isn't working. I only got the glitch of me going Online despite being in Story mode
