First way:
  1. Use AddonPeds.
  2. Enjoy.

Second way:
  1. Rename all files which the name of some existing ped.
  2. Replace with OpenIV in some .rpf.
  3. Save and Rebuild.
  4. Use Trainer to spawn.
  5. Enjoy.
