The skiN (emphasis on SKIN, **NOT** plural) is extremely basic, and the file contains what appears to be a poorly mapped Vapid Police Interceptor and a spaate skin file you musappy manually, which looks extremely lazy. I kow this is "WIP" or "BETA" or whateve but dude, this lterly looks like it was ame i Paint, I know how Seattle PD skins look and they're a lot more detailed than that, also this skin pack from the looks does not require anything as it already contains a vehicle file.

If I had to say something positive, this mod could go far, but you have a LOT of work to do before it can achieve "far". Keep up the good work though, I will be keeping my eye out to see how far this goes.
