hey look he still knows how to make mods
doesn't handle amazingly - especially on the ground when trying to turn, no working dials which would've been nice and lacks multi-livery support

@oldtimergamer6351 fixed :) tested on SS but iirc cayo is longer than sandy so should be fine there
