open the painting folder, edit the file name e.g. "Gran turismo" to "cz4a_sign_2", and import in "cz4a_livery.ytd" save

Pretty nice liveries here, the issue is 8K seems to be too much for OpenIV to handle, attempting to import them usually results in the textures becoming corrupted. Compressing them didn't work either as the car still doesn't spawn. Can you release them in 4K at least?

I appreciate the 8K resolution, but it really not efficient for the many of gta 5 mod consumer.

Once you guys download this mod, you need to search "Image Resize Online" (My recommendation are the one from Shutterstock).

After that, resize the png pict into 4096x4096. Other resolution I recommend are 2048x2048 or 3072x3072.

And then, install it via OpenIV. How? Read the message from @krisu666
