This will be a updated texture pack of life like textures/ logos for the game. The logos and companies will be either national brand or local to California/ Los Angeles.
Please review the Readme and Txt files for complete listing of the textures used. Everything is separated into 2 location folders, and separated by vehicle so you can install only the ones you want! Space here is limited, but I will try to list everything.

im actually making a reboot of the airport bus with updated lax shuttle and hertz buses and new liveries
Just copy and paste theX64E folder to your mods folder to get the first lot in and then you should already have the update folder in the mods folder so you can go ahead and load the second lot in there. Then it should boot with no issues or update to vanilla.

@paulfrohlich I got the same issue last night when trying to install it.
Also I'm assuming the *.jpg files are just for illustration purposes?
@mips Actually my problem is long time ago now but i fixed it in the time around my comment. I had some issues with my OpenIV because one file was missing so the game didn't used the rpf files from my mods folder. Maybe you should check this.
@Old-Spice I'm pretty new at all of this. Managed to get LSPDFR working along with some script mods going but I can't seem to get these types of things working. Are these supposed to show up naturally as I'm cruising around or do I have to spawn them to see them? I followed your directions but all of the vehicles are the vanilla version.

Mule2 and Pony folders are both empty from the .rar......

Still great to use. Too bad it hasn't been updated for almost 3 years.
If you use WOV, install WOV first and update manually: \update\x64\dlcpacks\wov\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\wovvehicles.rpf\
still missing pony & mule2 after 5 years...

@MusfiqurIslam in your gtav folder under update,etc i believe. or i think in open iv. any folder not in the mod folder should be original i believe also. im still new but i think thts how it works
