Instructions:

2. Open OpenIV, and enable "Edit Mode".
3. - Go to /mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/747/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/747vehicles.rpf/.
- Go to /mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/747sp/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf/.
- Go to /mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/742/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mq1vehicles.rpf/.
- Go to /mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/747300/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf/.
4. - Click 747.ytd and replace or add the liveries.
- Click 747sp.ytd and replace or add the liveries.
- Click 747fire.ytd and replace or add the liveries.
- Click 747300.ytd/7473002.ytd/7473003.ytd and replace or add the liveries.
5. Now you're done, press save and run to Grand Theft Auto V.
