Realistic Reshade 1.1 for graphic modification of QuantV.
Installation:
1) Install QuantV
2) Install a High preset from the QuantV archive that comes with the modification.
3) Transfer files from my archive to the root folder with the game.
Attention: Works only with the installed QuantV modification.
Hope you guys enjoy playing with my Reshade.

I've tried to install this one. I'm playing with both NVE and QuantV on fivem, but I could not see any difference, so I probably installed it into a wrong folder. As I've tried both gtaV main game folder & fivem mods folder with not luck.
@smash6 I havent played it on Fivem.
Try using it on singleplayer.
