Michael's Remodeled House replaces the hardwood floors with with a more handsome-looking hardwood floor, replaces all area rugs, new wallpaper and paint, new doors, new ceramic tiles for the floors new drop ceilings, 20 real-life books in the Den, brand new wallhangings, new armchairs, new kitchen countertops - both wood and marble - new tiled floor for the garage. This is an upgrade that is super hawt!!
Update 1.1 new floor tiling (1k), and new stained glass window at front door.
Note: There will be more updates, as I made many noob mistakes that I plan to clear up, also will be bringing higher resolution textures.
Installation:
Launch OpenIV, and click "edit mode". Follow the path of the enclosed files, and drag and drop to their respective locations.

Ok. I am soon going to be back. It has been a long time, and I have made a tremendous amount of textures for other games since I was last doing texture packs for this game. Within less than a month, much better stuff will be coming from me, as I have gained much experience over the last 6 months. This time I plan to bring better looking grass, foliage, trees, rocky cliffs, and I am definitely planning on making the peds look much more like people, than cartoons.
@norrisfan FBI and CIA will get done eventually - I have a lot stacked on my plate already, LOL.
Floyd's apartment at some point?

@eshenk Btw. is it possible to replace anything that belongs to Debra? Like pictures, shoes, clothing etc.? Couldn't find the files yet.

@ShenLongKazama Sorry my dude. I have been doing work for other PC games for the past 6 months. In another three weeks or so, I plan to get my super-PC fixed, and then I will make my arrival back here to continue where I left off, LOL. Yes, I can do that, but I believe my focus will be making 2k peds first.
