"Chernobyl" is an ENBSeries and Reshade preset for NaturalVision Evolved x QuantV .It is inspired by many movies, series and videos about Tchernobyl. Also by Forza Horizon.
Installation :
(Everything is in "Installation EN&FR x [IMPORTANT].txt" and "Bonus EN&FR [More Realistic Effect].txt")
I don't prefer to write everything here because the installation is rather long, I advise you to know yourself in modding before doing this installation.
So please read the instructions carefully.
