Hello :) This is my first mod ! I hope you will like it.
An Alan Walker graffiti located at the Franklin's House wall by the Chop's dog house.
Update log:
v2.0
- added an enhancement for the lights
- added real lights for the graffiti
Installation:
Open OPENIV and switch into edit mode than open "Package Installer", locate the file and select the .oiv file in the folder to install.

Which software do you use to add texture to specific texture ?
Does that texture glows on night ?

These textures would glow on night like you said. And and also some of the 3D meshes for example like that sticks or something similar .. also will glow on night !

I see no problem there, this mod doesn't require script hook at all.
