-> Click Tools -> Package Installer and choose ADKON2-Clear.oiv. or ADKON2-Extrasunny.oiv.
-> Choose Install to mods folder.
Extrasunny more reflection on the car.

@andreas_srg There's an .Oiv file in Naturalvision folder.
It's at : Naturalvision (rar/folder) > Optional Add-Ons > 17. Disable Wet Roads Effects > INSTALL Disable Wet Roads Effect
