This was initially supposed to be a test but decided to bring it to life. I turned one of the abandoned high end houses in Rockford Hills into a safehouse for heists. Took me around two weeks or so to complete (so many walls lol).
Features:
-Two bedrooms (Guest & Main Room)
-Two bathrooms (Bath & Shower)
-Heist Planning Room
-Living Room
-Kitchen
-Lounging Area
-Dressing Room
Requirements:
- Add on Props Mod (latest version)

-Go to the location of house first (so that you can spawn the pool water)
-Open map editor and load the .xml file
-Wait for a bit to load and enjoy :)
Note:
-If you wanna use it for recording in the editor, you must clear the map before entering the editor since it will crash (record first, select new map, then enter editor)

@Modojo amazing job! I like that side selfopening doors and real glass blocks on windows...just one thing, its possible to delete autospawning? I have it in autoloadmaps and after loading it, that spawn me there
