This is a dealership just out from the tunnel under the military base its not too big or not too small its a sell car only as there is no space for a mechanic unit to be implemented i could make that happen if this post get enough recognition
To install this file you must first need map editor
Then once you have that drag and drop the .xml file into your gta5 directory
Load up your game toggle F7 to open map editor and press load map
and type in Military Motors to load in the map
Enjoy :)

@Harra how did you learn to make maps for gta v?
Looks very good, you should do also a .ymap version
@5mith you can convert it to ymap yourself if you donwload the ymap converter
@Harra I'd love to use this for a dealer on my server. I converted to ymap and the floor and ceiling bug out, there are also no steps going into the entrance? Plz help.
@Rizzle i will work on that its because all the textures are interlocking so it makes it bug out i need to put them 0.1 aboive or below each other then it should be fine but ill work on it when i have time buddy message me on discord and i will sort it for you #Harra2172
or if you don't want to use mapeditor app , get a ymap converter in this site and convert the mapeditor .xml file into .ymap and then drag it to the custom_maps dlc at OPENIV after conversion . . ymap has no limit of calling map content and is more convenient way and ethical.
