You can find this Bumper cars at Los Santos Pier, Under Ferris Whale :-)
You will be need Menyoo trainer: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
because it is spooner loadable item
I don´t know if i can add textures, but who knows, maybe sometimes!
+Hands Fit perfectly to sterring wheel!
-Pretty small area for that cars, I make it bigger sometimes, but i find place ;-)
Installation:
1.Download Menyoo
2.Lauch GTA V (to open menyoo Press F8 + F8, Spooner mode = F9
3.Quit GTA V (and file created)
4.Now go here C:\Program Files x86\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
5.Put Bumper Cars at Ferris Whale.xml to that folder
6.Enjoy game!
